Our Instant Cover Membership could cover you straight away. We offer 2 elements of cover:

Your current emergency will be covered up to the value of £500 (including VAT) for call out fees, parts and labour.

14 days after your membership start date your cover will increase providing you with cover for all call out fees, parts and labour up to the value of £1,000 (including VAT) for every emergency (excluding heating).

You will benefit from:

• 1000's of vetted tradesmen on hand 365 days a year
• All permanent repairs guaranteed for 12 months
• No limits to the number of times that you can call (subject to cover level)
• No excesses to pay on claims

Terms and Conditions

Please note that any other incident that occurs within the first 14 days of the membership start date will not be covered unless associated with the initial emergency. Any associated additional claims within the first 14 days will only be covered up to the value of the initial £500 (including VAT) of cover.

Instant cover is provided at a Fixed Cost of £149.99, which is paid up front in one lump sum. You will only be covered for the element of cover you requested at the start of your membership , either Plumbing and Drainage or Electrics. If you would like to add additional cover after your initial 14 days. just call 0845 246 3999 to speak to a member of our Customer Service Team. Please note that no refund is available on this product if membership is cancelled in the first year, as a claim has already been paid.
