Have you used Policy & Quote Manager before?
If YES,

Login using your email address and we will ask for 4 characters of your password. 

- If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it

- If you have forgotten your email address, you will need to contact your service provider.

If NO,  you are a returning ‘My Direct Line’ user

- (This will apply if you purchased a policy before 3rd June 2007 and registered with us online).

Login to your previous ‘My Direct Line’ account using your first name, surname, date of birth, postcode and password.

- You will be asked to set up a new Policy & Quote Manager account by entering an email address, a security question answer and a new password (this can be the same as your old password).

- A new account will be automatically created for you with all your existing policy and quote details transferred from your previous account.

- If you have used neither Policy & Quote Manager, nor My Direct Line before, you can register with us the first time you obtain and save a quote for one of our insurance products.
